It is easy to use and it is working wonders for my mobility since it arrived 4 weeks ago. I use it 2 or 3 cycles/programs each day. It runs for 30 minutes each program. I had lost a lot of my mobility after I had surgery because I was in pain and not moving. ( 78 y/o) This machine has me up and walking well again. It helps my whole body functioning with getting my circulation working. After watching a lot of videos I chose this model. I knew I would not use a peddle machine if I had to work it myself. I knew I would never hold up for a half hour or an hour on my own steam. It does provide that manual operation though if you want to use it like that. I enjoy my workouts and can read while the machine does the work. If I did not own this elliptical today I would definitley buy it. It is a life saver to me. And it is quiet! ....Update here on March 26, 2024. I am still using this machine and it is doing more for me that I imgiined it would. My over all circulation is good. I feel light. My blood pressure is now right on target. It was mildly high before using this elliptical. ## Features - ANCHEER elliptical exercise machine for home office ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08M5PHGSZ | | Best Sellers Rank | #119,037 in Sporting Goods ( See Top 100 in Sporting Goods ) #106 in Elliptical Training Machines | | Brand | ANCHEER | | Brand Name | ANCHEER | | Color | Gray | | Colour | Gray | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,568 Reviews | | Included Components | under desk elliptical | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 45.7D x 40.6W x 25.4H centimeters | | Item Type Name | Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Seated Leg Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote and LCD Monitor, Home & Office Under Desk Cycle, Portable Rehab Exercise Equipment for Seniors, Adults, and Teens | | Manufacturer | ANCHEER | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1 | | Material | Aluminum | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Maximum Stride Length | 18 Inches | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 158.76 kg | | Model Name | 5144 | | Model Number | AR-65 | | Model name | 5144 | | Number of Resistance Levels | 5 | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Product dimensions | 45.7D x 40.6W x 25.4H centimeters | | Resistance Mechanism | Magnetic | | Resistance mechanism | Magnetic | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ANCHEER - **Colour:** Gray - **Material:** Aluminum - **Model name:** 5144 - **Product dimensions:** 45.7D x 40.6W x 25.4H centimeters ## Images ![ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser While Sitting for Seniors Adults, Quiet Portable Motorized Seated Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote Control for Home Office Use - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61n7Ab8nPrL.jpg) ![ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser While Sitting for Seniors Adults, Quiet Portable Motorized Seated Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote Control for Home Office Use - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81GlmWERgZL.jpg) ![ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser While Sitting for Seniors Adults, Quiet Portable Motorized Seated Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote Control for Home Office Use - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81YOW16ppXL.jpg) ![ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser While Sitting for Seniors Adults, Quiet Portable Motorized Seated Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote Control for Home Office Use - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71N7FTYMERL.jpg) ![ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser While Sitting for Seniors Adults, Quiet Portable Motorized Seated Foot Pedal Exerciser with Remote Control for Home Office Use - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71bPRw3iEtL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can this machine help to lose weight or just increase circulation?** A: This under desk elliptical machine not only provides more circulation for your legs but also helps to train your leg muscles and activity the joints. **Q: What does the automatic mode do?
