Very strong, very potent. I put seven drops into my tea every night! I have not been sick at all since December.

Good stuff, I take with or without water lol it will wake your taste buds I took roughly 10 to 20 drops a day for sibo for about a week helps for sure but got a bruise on my arm and sure enough oregano can cause bruising due to being like a blood thinner so I will lay off for three days and take as suggested lol. Just wanted to hit it hard at first not sure that is the best, but I'm happy and will purchase again also I use it in purified water spray bottle for house smells so good.

Anyone who’s ever taken oil of oregano before knows it’s for the medicinal benefits not the taste. This stuff tastes worse than gasoline but helps your immune system in a pinch.
