Not the cheapest but definitely the best
After trying cheaper products and then having to take them off and start over the Ames product is a fit and forget product that works and saves you time and money in the long run. Use it the first time and save the frustration of having to do the job twice

Exactly what you want
this is such a great product. If you have a concrete basement with any moisture, then this is a product for you

Product failed
This failed less than a year after application. It was on the transition between the elastic barrier roof coatings from this same manufacture the and flashing. It did not remain adhered and began to curl up exposing the plywood and not staying on the flashing. The company would not refund money because it was bought through Amazon. They stated it must have been applied over dusty surface but it was all new materials and clean. I am going to have to start over with epdm and wish I had gone that route from the start.
