Some people may have luck with it. I wake up too often and it had shut off and then I couldnt find in dark. Light should have switch.

First. Amazon is asking if this “chill pill” is easy to swallow. 😝😝😝😝 too funny. But really. This thing will knock your anxiety down in minutes. Even on meds I would reach a level 7-9 with my anxiety. When it gets to 9, I have to actually stop and lay down with the chill pill to get the best results. But if I’m anything under 9, I can just hold it and keep going about my day and it works. I can get in the car, with labored breathing abd a tight chest and within 10 min I’m noticeably better. I bought a backup. Get one. Try it. They are amazing

This works perfect for helping to get to sleep or if I am in stress. The case with the strap is perfect. Though mine broke already. If I could get a new one it would be perfect. Helps when I am anxious a lot.

Bought it, tried it a few times. Not sure if it does what it's supposed to do. I'm just not sure but I will try it again before I throw it away.

The first 2 nights I slept much better. I’ve tried 2 more nights and it’s not helped me fall asleep. Maybe it’s user error. It’s worth a try for the money. I’m still trying to get the right frequency when trying to fall asleep.
