Just for looks
These are not very functional. Not smooth, stuff goes into every crack instead of having a solid interior to keep stuff out of the "legs" and other crevises.

They look really nice in the kitchen counter. The only thing I wish they were a little bigger and taller.

Love the cannisters
I ordered this for my mother for her birthday and she loves them! The manufacture for this product is wonderful I received one of the cannisters broken and they were quick with replacing me with a new one. And I appreciate that!
