Review: For the money and if you have induction/electric it's unbeatable. - Genuinely excellent and a must for inductions Vs crappy flat bottomed woks with a big step meaning the inside isn't rounded. Looks great, is a really substantial and solid bit of kit that will retain heat and get hot enough for wok-hei it's not the sort of wok you throw around it's the sort you you your spatula etc to move the food arojnd For the price it's amazing. I sanded it down and re-season to get a nice smooth coat as no one making cast iron seems to sand blast in the factory anymore. Not necessary as the seasoning seems acceptable as long as you know how to maintain cast iron) (at least one reviewer doesn't)but I prefer smooth cast iron.

I follow the instuction how to clean at the beginning, now over 6 months, the wok is working very good. I use it to stir fry, pan fry, deep fry. One wok work for all.

I use this Wok and my husband (he is the one to cook) said it is excellent because no rusting and pan fry anything without stick. I follow the instuction how to clean at the beginning, now over 6 months, the wok is working very good. I use it to stir fry, pan fry, deep fry. One wok work for all.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good enough for the price. Rather large one too

I just got mine. It seems alright. As any new cast iron items even preseasoned, it's not as smooth as an aged and well maintained one (like my other cast iron pan shown in 3rd pic, that one can cook fried eggs and eggs slide off easily). But if take time, take good care of cast iron. It should be pretty good in no time. Also for those who don't know how to work with a cast iron, my tip would be if you don't plan to use it, leave some residual oil on after cooking as coating and wash it off when you plan to use it again. OR you clean up after every use and reheat, reoil to make sure it doesn't rust. Don't blame the wok if it rusts. It's physics : chemistry. PS. My other cast iron is so we'll seasoned I can even use it to steam vegetables (which I have done so recently) with no worry of rust.
