How many inches is the necklace?

The length of the necklace is 15.75 inches in total

How small can it be? I have a 13 inch neck circumference.

It wasn't small enough. I needed to make a hole at the choker.

How do you reattach the metal clamp part to the black band if it came off (mines did)

Mine came off too! I tried to reattach it but I need pair of needle nose pliers or something. I ended up purchasing another one instead.
