InstallGear 14 Gauge AWG 100ft Speaker Wire Cable - Black

Adquirí este cable debido a que cambié mis bocinas del amplificador integrado por un paquete de Bocinas de 2 torres, 2 bocinas laterales y una bocina central cada una de ellas de 8 ohms (Paquete Supernova 5F de Pure accoustic). Cual fue mi sorpresa al recibir este cable ya que se siente de muy buena calidad, es un cable flexible con una excelente protección plástica, mantiene la señal sin adherir ruido. Yo coloqué al mismo conectores banana (Fijos y Flexibles) en todos los extremos y la verdad hace lucir mi equipo con toque de elegancia y dando un aspecto semi-profesional. Recomendado ampliamente este cable Calibre 14 para equipos de sonido.

Packing is terrible. Sent in a plastic bag with no protection and the spool is broken. Glad I did not order anything fragile.

Overall I like the product. It is pliable and easy to use and the fact I can get it is a dark (blue/black) jacket is nice. It is much easier to conceal than the white or bright copper colors that are typical.I would have to say, that the conductor content seems a little light for the stated gauge. I have used more cable than I can recall in my 50 years in the audio hobby and I just don't see this as true 14 gauge wire. That's an opion not a fact, I have no way to make a conclusive measurement but it seems to be a lighter construction than older wire I have rated at the same gauge. I would still buy it again. It is in a surround system I just configured and is working very well.
