Neat little investment. All mine!

Nearly 35 years my old mail boxes weren't robbed. Now I have to spend a small fortune to protect myself in a place where property taxes are the highest in the state and most of the country in general. I love my new mail boxes but absolutely hate being forced to buy them. Am I voting for extreme conservatives? YES !!!! DRAIN THE SWAMP FROM THE TOP DOWN TO THE SCUM........

Really frustrating that there aren't screws and washers included to install. You have the audacity to tell me hardware not included, but I should buy your mailbox post to mount it? Give me basic mounting hardware in order to install the item that I bought.Also a dealbreaker here is that it doesn't allow you to keep it unlocked. You have to open it with the key every time. I don't want my mailbox locked every single time, only when I leave for extended periods of time.

Well built but lacking in security design. About half the time our mail hangs up in the drop chute and does not drop into the locked lower half which defeats the purpose of this “security” mailbox. The problem usually happens when a catalog or magazine is in our daily mail. The anti-reach interior door snags the mail and keeps it from dropping allowing someone to open the mail slot and retrieve the stuck mail.

My mail was being stolen, so this was a "Must Buy" item. It requires a steel post, so buy that as well... It is only about $40 at any home improvement store, or you can get it on here. The lock is STURDY, the openings are weather sealed and it has air holes in the bottom so that moisture does not accumulate inside the box. The finish is heavy and durable, and it looks good! VERY GOOD PRODUCT, VERY WORTH THE MONEY!!!
