While it's good in theory
This pillow doesn't get fluffy enough. While it's good in theory, by the time the memory foam fills the shape of the pillow, your flight is likely over. You're better off using the complimentary airline pillows.

Okay.
Decent but not great. I own some memory foam pillows and mattresses, and this didn't meet my expectations as the ones I have at home are great. For the price this item isn't bad. The memory foam was a little stiff for my liking, and I just felt like it was too thick and did not contour my neck and head well.

Overall, I was really impressed with this set. The pillow is of a great size, which I did not expect based on how small it compacted down to fit into the storage bag. Once I removed it, it expanded right away into a normal-sized pillow, and it was VERY comfortable with a great, soft material on the outside. Extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who travels on a regular basis, based on how comfortable it is and how compact it is when in the storage bag. I also like that the cover is removable to be washed, although I have not tried this yet myself.I was not quite as impressed with the eye mask. The material feels cheap and kind of hot to me, but it does the job, as did the ear plugs. I love it!!! I received an offer to purchase this travel set at a discount in exchange for an honest review, and since my husband and I have been traveling a lot, I knew this would be very useful. We just returned from a trip to Denver, and I was so glad I had this travel pillow set! I used the memory foam pillow on the plane....It was so comfortable! I love the nice bag to carry it in which keeps it compact and keeps all the items together. The ear plugs and the eye mask I didn't really use on this trip, but they will definitely come in handy on our upcoming trip to Thailand. These items are a very good quality, and I am very happy with this purchase!!!

The foam in the neck pillow was flat instead of rounded so it was just very awkward to use.

Not good for a big neck
Soft and squishible. But, if you have a large neck this might not be the travel pillow for you. Felt like I was being choked. It worked well for my seven year old daughter though.
