A solid barbering neck sweeper...
Been using horse haired neck duster for years. No major problems w/them, just wanted a change. Usually clean the duster often w/soap & water weekly. Spray it down w/70% rubbing alcohol between clients faithfully. It will only touch the face, around the head, & neck area, period. I use a drafting wide sweeper brush strictly for dusting shoulders, clothing, & whatnot off after services. Being sanitary is one my major goal.This brush is solid, very soft, & smooth to the skin. Firm enough to flick but still gentle. Bristles are wide apart, no biggie, easier to clean. Haven't used talcum powder(health concerns) in years. Rather use a vacuum & drafting brush for cleaning up. Wish the handle was a tad bit longer but all in all very satisfied. Purchase two, one for me, & a gift for a young client interested in barbering as he is heading to college...

Not flimsy!
This duster is not flimsy the last duster I bought I could not even use it because the hair on it was not firm enough.
