Two days in and I have seen immediate results with this piece of kit. I am wearing it over my shirt but under a gilet in the office and you can’t see it. I have chronic lower back pain from years of sitting badly and not only has this pulled my back into the correct posture and is making me feel taller, but in a seat my back is absolutely in the position it needs to be in and I have no lower back pain. Cannot recommend it enough. I am hoping over time my back “learns” to keep this alignment without wearing it and I am also now doing core and back exercises to further help this process along. Bottom line: it works and is well made.

This product feels like it is working well, but as a larger guy, it is quite uncomfortable to wear so please keep that in mind

Not strong enough doesn't really help with the posture in a definitive way.I bought another product £17 and that one was so much better.This one is just the waste of too much material- the belt that you strap around your waist is completely useless it just suffocates you.I put this on and didn't feel any type of harness and why this more expensive is bemusing.Not built for purpose.so waste of money don't bother.Returned

First time using this I felt so much taller and the design is very comfortable really helps with straightening up your posture

The sizing for this product is confusing - just S,M,L - difficult to guess which is required, I chose the M and it's too small !!

Great strap and worked well helped my back loads and great value for money
