Item was not working when opened and used
Opened the packing after Almost 2 weeks of delivery , the item is not working. Dont have the option of return now

My experience was amazing
The product, a delicate bulb, arrived extremely well-packaged and in perfect working condition! The best part was a handwritten note from the seller! I was touched! Highly recommended!

Cord length too short now
Was happy when I first ordered this item last year. Then within one year, one of the plug pins has broken. It is rarely plugged in and out so this raises questions on the quality of the plug. I decided to order the exact same product again, but was surprised to see that it is now significantly shorter! You can see the difference in the pics. The cable length was 138 cm, and now it is only 92 cm. This is not suitable at all. The vendor needs to realise that in India the plug sockets can be high on the wall so longer cables are needed. Also, the length of the product should be clearly mentioned in the description. Sent back for refund.
