It has been VERY HOT and I put these in direct sunlight... although they got plenty of water, the new, young growth simply took a bad sunburn and cooked off, there IS NEW growth however and I covered it all with some good cedar mulch to help protect it.. lets hope it works out.. THANKS REBOCK! and I followed the directions from several different raspberry videos on youtube.. let them soak in a vitamin bath for a couple hours.. then planted, 2+ weeks went by and nothing, then one day they both had green new growth, pretty much the same, about 3/4" of new growth from the stalks.. see pictures... the growth was the same for both & about half what it is right now, then one seemed to just die away... the other is doing great..the soil is perfect and they get about a gallon of river water (we are on river irrigation) every other day so for $30 for 2 plants and I now only have 1, Im not satisfied & WILL ask for another or a partial refund. Review: No plant growth and poor customer service. - Ordered 2 raspberry bare root plants. Planted once received, 1 plant sprouted a tiny shoot but nothing from the other 1, after 3 weeks. Called seller about it, I was told to use different soil mix, less water, and that it can take 8 weeks for shoots to grow. I changed the soil as directed, and sprayed soil only once a week with water. Waited 2 more weeks for results; still no growth from 1 and the single sprout died on the other plant. Contacted seller again, and was told you cut the stalk down more. Did that and waited for results over the holidays; still no growth from both plants. Contacted seller a 3rd time now about no growth... I was told the 30 day return window has passed and the seller stopped communicating. So their plants didn't grow, and it was because of my soil, my watering, me not cutting the stalk enough; and they strung me along making all these changes until the return window closed. Meanwhile all of my other plants (including other varieties of raspberry) are thriving, using the same soil, sun exposure, watering schedule. The raspberry plants I received were crap, the seller lacks accountability and provides "support" (aka blame) until the return window closes, and then they disappear.

No plant growth and poor customer service.

One of the Best in Quality and Growth
I am extremely pleased with the purchase of this variety from the Seller. The bare root canes were delivered swiftly and to my surprise I found that the canes were already sprouting new growth and shoots that were also seen across the roots and runners. The instructions are clearly mentioned with the package and if followed to the T, one will be successful in the very first attempt. The pictures that I have uploaded are the ones from when it was unpacked until four days of it being planted into a potting mixture. The most recent pic is after 07 months. I can't wait to see this grow and fruit during the following season. Definitely worth the price and best in quality.

Honest company
Dealing with this company is worth it. Don't know if the replacements will grow, but the plants look so much better. Really happy.

Partial success
One of the two plants arrived with the roots detached. I attempted to salvage it but it never rooted. The second plant is coming along well

So far so good!
So far so good. I have them potted to get them started before spring and they are growing! Very excited!

Dead Sticks
Not real happy with these 2 bare root raspberries that I received. First, my experience concerning gardening is in the moderate to expert range. I'm definitely not a beginner but not an expert either. Both of these bare root plants did not grow. I followed the instructions to a tee to no avail. I've reached out to the grower to let them know and all they did was respond back and basically asked "did you follow the directions". I had explained this in the first email, then nothing. I will admit that this is my first time with bare root plants through the mail. I guess I have more to learn.

Very Slow green or growth after 3+ weeks
Edit, May 7th, 2025. After pulling one of them up after about 3 weeks in the ground it does look like it's still alive and growing, although slowly. So it was replanted, I'm guessing something will come up in a week or two. old post "I planted the day after receiving them, and no growth so far"
