(1/2" Dia. x 50 ft) - HydroMaxx® Black Flexible PVC Pipe for Koi Ponds, Irrigation and Water Gardens

I have been using this material for 4 years and have, so far, never seen any failures in it. This is very useful when installing spray heads along a water supply line for an irrigation system. It glues easily into any PVC plastic pipe fitting. You cannot pull it out once you have let the adhesive cure. It is flexible enough to allow the sprinkler head to be moved up and down to get the height you need. It is not good for much pressure, but is ok for sprinklers which, being open ended, are not subjected to all that much pressure. I don't know how long it lasts underground, but being plastic I would think it is good for several years. It is pretty expensive.

This hose allows me to use standard PVC fittings and glue to install the Cam and Groove fittings on each end of the hose. I use it to pump river water into holding tanks to irrigate my vegetable garden. It’s rugged and yet very flexible and easy to maneuver. I easily get a 30 gal/minute throughput so this cuts down on the time I have to spent filling the holding tanks. I do recommend it.

Pipe had 2 major flaws in 50 feet. Pump lost prime first night and ran for 12 hours when I was not there. Pulled pump and fixed first crack. Reset pump and same thing happened in different spot. Finally removed it and am requesting refund . It looks good, but the quality control is poor. Must be old or something

Tubing is very sturdy and should last a long time. Buyers need to be aware that this tubing doesn't fit tightly onto a pump even one with a 1" adaptor. It is meant to be glued with PVC glue.

It’s exactly what I was looking for during my most recent re-plumb of my 120 gallon aquarium and FX5 can filter. But unfortunately was just a little too stiff for the routing configuration of my setup. So had to return. But would definitely buy for other applications with less confines.

Worked perfect

Superb alternative to T's, Y's, and couplings for long runs. It fits schedule 40 PVC fittings as an added bonus. I made a 40 ft. run around several trees and rocks and only had to glue on the end fittings. Great time saver. Well worth the money.
