Works Well, Here Are Some Tips
Works really well.1) You need to butter the inside of the molds or apply spray butter or spam or crisco as a release agent. I tried both butter and crisco with these and both worked great.2) I recommend using a non stick pan. The trick to these is you need to use LOW heat and cook 10-15 minutes with the top of the frying pan *covered*. Then flip and cook the other side for another ~5 min or so. These pancakes cook with a convection heat method. Time is your friend so wait the proper time and flip once the batter solidifies enough to look like a regular pancake and not a liquified soufflé.3) The ring mold needs to sit flat and level in the base of the frying pan otherwise the batter will leak out.4) You should fill 3/4 full.5) Easy to clean with Dawn Dish Soap.Despite Japanese appearance and packaging, they are made in China. Wish they were authentic Japanese molds but they work.

Love these
Fluffy pancakes made easy! These are light and easy to clean and store. The batter leaks a bit but I think this is because of the texture (I'm still learning).

液がもれない
目玉焼きをつくるのにステンレス製を使っていましたが、下から卵の液が漏れてしまうので、こちらのシリコン製に買い換えました。すでに3回使用しましたが、1度も液漏れしませんでした。

I thought that they were metal, not silicon
