Which is better capsules or tablets?

I have the capsules and they are easier to take than tablets. So I would recommend you get capsules.

Oops I did not read the label and the bottle is not here right now. It has made me able to digest gluten, but I still need to be gluten free since my body continues to react negatively even when I take enzymes and HCL.
