Very Good Buy
Installation was the only thing that needed expert help, everything else was a breeze. After over 6 months of use happy to say Hisense knows its stuff and is a very well trusted brand. I have their 58" UHD TV as well and I am impressed by their quality. Happy Customer!

Good enough for the price but limit your expectations accordingly
Worked well for about 3 years and then gave up the ghost. Removing a star because it isn't as good at washing as other brands I've tried.

Low quality brand
Very bad quality which broke within few weeks and they refused to repair it or return / replace. Cannot recommend.

Surprisingly good product
When I bought it, I was looking for something within a very tight budget, and I thought that it looked cute.Bit what do I know, the installation was a breeze, super user friendly, quite as a cat plotting to murder you.10/10 would buy again.

Instructions before use
There are four screws you have to remove before using it.After placing the machine in place adjust the 4 screw-legs to make it firm to the floor.By doing the above there won't be any vibration issues.

Good product
Fast delivery, the product was delivered before the delivery date which was impressive. During the first wash it was wobbling and making lots of noise, I contacted the seller and they were able to give advise on what to do. I am happy with this machine, no more wobbling and noise. Good product and the seller is also very much helpful

Dangerous delicates cycle
The machine repeatedly displays error F-01 which indicates an issue with the water inlet. This appears to be an issue with the hardware as the fault only appears on the delicates, wool wash and drum clean programmes - I haven’t used all the other programs to know however. Amazon very kindly agreed to refund the item following return and I purchased the same model. Unfortunately, the fault has reappeared in the second one and to send in the item for repair would mean being without a washing machine for 15-18 business days. Extremely angry and upset as my delicates are now ruined!!!! Twice now my baby’s expensive organic wool items by Dilling and Engel have been completely shrunken by this wash program and they’re too pricey to replace. It’s so important for a washing machine to be reliable when it comes to delicate items. I’m so infuriated by this!
