NOW Foods - Fenugreek And Thyme 500 Mg. 100 Capsules

The combination of Fenugreek & Thyme provided the relief from my allergies of dust and pollen!

I seem to have sinus/allergy related issues that make my sinuses feel all stuffed up after laying down to sleep. I usually would wake with moderate to severe stuffiness, feeling like i was not getting good air, breathing through my nose. Sometimes it goes away on it's own after an hour or so , but with regular use of the Fenugreek & Thyme, the condition is much less evident. I wake less stuffy, and about 10 minutes after taking the supplement, I can breathe freely. when i am having more severe issues due to seasonal allergies, it still works right through the day to keep me breathing. Great product.

For me it seems to help with mucous build up.I don't have to use inhaler as often. Check with your Doctor

This product was introduced to me by a friend that bought a differnet name brand. I tried her product and found it was instint and great results. I ordered this brand because it had the same ingriedents at a lower price. Works just as good as the other brand, no other allegery product has ever worked for my allegries.
