These were discontinued so couldn’t replace in my office. This was brand new and just what we needed.

Two phones were ordered late afternoon Wednesday and received on Friday with expedited shipping (about $7 extra). This phone only works with Lync Server (Skype for Business is new name) so only buy it if that is your intended use. I am using with Lync Server 2013. Two other things to be aware of: 1. No power cord since it is intended to work with POE. If you need a power cord, purchase it separately. 2. The software on it is not the newest version but if you have deployed Lync Server, you should know how to update the firmware automatically. I'm happy and I've ordered two more from this seller.

After 6 months of light use, this phone won't even start up when plugged in. Unfortunately, OneDealOutlet Canada refuses to replace it per warranty guidelines. Lesson learned, review the warranty guidelines carefully as electronics, like a phone, should definitely have warranties of at least a year. I will never purchase anything from OneDealOutlet Canada again.

Great phone, if you work in an office with LAN access to Lync. WILL NOT WORK VIA VPN OR TETHERED TO LAPTOP/PC

I ordered this phone and didn't try to use it for a number of months because I waited to set up my new office. Now I tried it and it doesn't work. Which I am now beyond the return window. Of course I bought it through Warehouse Deals, Inc, whom I have no way of getting in touch with and have researched that this is supposedly an Amazon owned subsidiary. Ok. well with no recourse, I am writing this review. Beware of buying anything that is not directly from Amazon and definitely if it is from Warehouse Deals, Inc. This phone has no audio capability. I cannot hear calls and they cannot hear me.
