Excellent product has really waterproofed newly upholstered dining room chairs .Only negative was delivery took 2 weeks but that was because I was cheapskate and didn't want to pay for delivery .But product excellent

Works great for the water repelling (the water beads up on top of cushions when it rains) but as far as the color fading aspect, doesn’t do so well. I sprayed this on all my outdoor cushions a months and a half ago. I also have accent pillows all over which I sprayed. When I move the accent pillows you can see right where they sit all the time because my cushions are now 2 different shades of red. So if you are buying this BECAUSE it Is suposed to help with fading DONT! Buy something else specifically for fading. Also this only repels water, your cushions will still fill with water when it rains hard enough. This will not make them water PROOF, but it does do a pretty good job of beading the water on top and ease of wiping off any debris or staining.

DOES NOT WATERPROOF FABRICS! Applied as per instructions and deliberately but didn’t achieve the expected results (even though I had low expectations to begin with)It doesn’t smell bad and dries relatively quick, maybe works for other materials, I can tell you it doesn’t work for canvas like materials. NOT RECOMMENDED!. Believe it or not, a mix of Odorless Mineral Spirits, 100% silicon and alcohol applied with a general use spray bottle, works much better and doesn’t smell after it dries neither.

Liquid beads right off the seat cushions! Dirt and stains are still a problem. I understand the product is intended for water repelling. But, a person on Pinterest recommended this for keeping dining chair seats clean, and I just want to share that I am not having the same good experience. This is not a stain guard. I must have messy guests!
