What we can say is this: Rislone High Mileage Compression Repair (part number 4447) IS compatible with Rislone Nano Prime Engine & Oil Additive (part number 4104), which uses Nano Tungsten and Moly to reduce friction up to 38%. We have not tested the Compression Repair with products from other manufacturers, so we are not able to address possible compatibility concerns in that area. Every oil change. I have an 87 Toyota Corolla with 200k, it takes 3 at this point. I have observed that it works after the first trip. It has eliminated blue smoke and low oil pressure. "Your mileage may vary".
