Water Pills-Heavy flow-No warning-I Highly Recommend PREVAIL Women's Protective Underwear-Purple
Prevail Purple underwear is comfortable. TIP: I have heavy unexpected flow. I use - LONG, 5-6 absorbency PADS with the prevail panties. I can change pads often and keep dry. These Panties are just over $1.00 each---The Pads are about .30 cents each. I usually use 3 to 6 pads daily-6 would cost about $1.80 instead of over$6.00 and needing to change panties often. I buy a box of 4 packages of 14 count - 56 total -2X Large Pull-Up.Note: These are made to be able to tear away---They will NOT tear away while you are wearing them. The material is strong and feels very nice against your skin. I hope this helps you decide.

I've tried several and I like this the best
I like that the "Panty" uses cotton. It breathes. It's great to wear now as the weather has heated up. The Pad hasn't failed me. I tried four different disposable under garments. The last one I tested was the most well known pull-ups, "D".My lower abdomen was always really sweaty. During last years' very hot days of summer ('22); I developed a nasty, stubborn, painful fungal rash all over my lower abdomen. I was prescribed several different medications to fight it. I suffered all of the last three seasons with it. I was trying to be frugal. It wasn't until I decided to change back to Prevail that my horrible rash finally started to heal. I no longer sweat while wearing them.I am going to stick with Prevail from henceforth. Other people may have had different experiences.

It does the job
I'm sure anyone reading this knows what this product is for so I won't answer that question. I'll just say this product works for me. I'm very pleased with how well it works.

Nice But A Little Fuzzy
These fit really well and for the most part did their job, but for some reason the outsides of them became fuzzy . For the price, they were a good deal.

max protection
I've had increasing fecal incontinence over the years, as I age. It's gotten worse and worse, and the prescription that used to control it is no longer available.A friend recommended these several years ago--I'm XL, and her husband is XXXXL--and they were working for him.I had tried every kind of incontinence brief on the market by that point--these are BY FAR the best--I'll never buy anything else. Those who suffer with this horrible problem will know that sometimes it comes in a flood. NOTHING contains that--but these, with a washable incontinence brief over top, does. All the things you never wanted to know---but I'm glad I found out from someone when I did, so maybe this will help others too.

Better than expected
The user says these are better than other name brands they’ve tried. Provide a feeling of security for those times that are not always predictable with certain medical conditions and medications.

like paper
I wanted to try these due to the description 'made for women'. I am really disappointed. They feel like paper & leak around the edges. I will not purchase again.

Absolute crap
After wearing for only a couple of hours, the paper like material shreds into strings of angel hair material. Gets caught on your clothing, flies everywhere when you go to the restroom and does nothing for odour. Will not buy again.
