this is a great addition that - if you're like me, and the remote gets tossed around or sat on by the dog - affordably protects the remote. The sleeve fits really well, the colors I selected work, and easy to see is low light conditions. Simple, affordable and works. Seller shipped quickly and items arrived on time. A good buy.

I finally got my parents away from an expensive cable bill to streaming. As part of that I got them set up to use the Google Chromecast. It's gone smoothly, but the biggest complaint has been how small and slick the remote was. My dad is not very mobile, and even less so since his shoulder surgery. Trying to hold onto the remote or retrieve it because it slipped is a REAL issue. It was time to take his complaint seriously and fix it!There were alot of choices on silicon sleeves for this remote. Because dad is having to sleep in his recliner temporarily after the surgery, I picked this one. The glow would help him find the remote at night when it was dark. He was SOO happy when he got this. He was able to get this cover onto the remote with no issues. The super bright color makes the remote easy to spot day or night. And it really does glow. He also likes the short lanyard. he can hook it on the bookcase next to his chair. My mom loves it too, since now she doesn't have to help him hunt it down anymore.

Makes the remote feel more substantial to folks like myself with big hands. And it does glow in the dark a bit.

These remote covers are great. The chrome remote isn’t made that well in my opinion. Very small and is always slipping out of my hand. This definitely helps with the grip. And my kids tend to toss/drop things a lot so it would always end up on the floor and the battery cover would come off. This prevents that from happening so it does make it safer to have around the kids.I will say, the glow in the dark one doesn’t actually glow in the dark. I specifically got that one to use in my bedroom at night. I have a white comforter so the white remote would often get lost in that lol. It’s definitely easier to find now, but I do wish that it actually glowed like it was described. So minus one star for the description not being 100% accurate.

These remote control covers are perfect. They fit well, the silicone seems thick and durable. Makes it easier to hold the remote and find the buttons. Especially if you are watching in the dark.
