Easy to assemble, delivered quickly, and comfortable!

Arrived sooner than expected. Very easy to assemble.I'm 5'3, 120 lbs, so for me it's very comfortable. I use my desk treadmill 95% of my 8 hour work day so I only sit for an extremely short amount of time.

I've really enjoyed this chair for over a year and a half. It is very comfortable and adjusts easily. Unfortunately, over time, it has started to lean to one side. The base support has not held up over time. I constantly feel like I am falling forward when I sit in the chair.

This chair was a great addition to my office! So versatile and comfortable!

The chair was nice and tall

I just received this and it took me less than 10 minutes to assemble it, simple and quick. The chair is pretty good, has a minimum seat height of 20" and a max seat height of 28" (see pics) which works with my height adjustable desk. The seat cushion is a good 3" thick, and best of all, it does not apply pressure on my lower thighs which was the main reason to get this. The lower back support is decent, it's just plastic but this is better than nothing, and it has a 3" vertical movement, being 6" the lowest (from the cushion to the center of the support) and 9" the highest, if you're tall person, this feature most likely won't work for you. The feet resting frame has a simple manual screw knob and it has a total of 8" vertical travel, so its good, but you may be bothered for doing too much manual adjustment, I honestly don't care about manual adjusting it, won't be doing it frequently. The arm rests are OK too, you move these manually and they can be fully lifted to be out of your way.

Wold be not bad stool but.....:1/ Despite the sit is absolutely horizontal (I even checked with the level) it's always a feeling like you sliding down all the time. Like front side of the sit is like tilted lower than the sit's back side (but it's not) and the construction not allow to tilt the sit bit backward.2/ And the worst: kind of strong chemical smell comes out from the sit. I have the chair for few days and maybe the smell will go away after some time. But who knows after how long time. Tried to spray with little fragrance (I cannot use a lot of fragrance because I don't like that too) but the awful chemical smell comes back shortly. And that is - the smell - the worst thing for meWould like to return, but I threw out the packing box.If not those two things the stool would be not bad for me.P.S. Now, about 2-3 weeks later I can tell than I can increase the rating 1/ I became used to the feeling that the sit is tilted, but anyway I would prefer if the sit's front edge would be slightly more up 2/ The chemical smell is goneThat's why I increase the rating from 2 stars to 4.

I bought this chair for my job, it serves me about 10-20 hours a week, and I use it 100% at its maximum height. I usually work standing up and only sit for a few minutes an hour. I like the fact that this chair has a footrest. The chair turns smoothly, and the arms are easily raised. The back support is relatively average but not uncomfortable. The casters work well. Le support du dos est plutôt moyen, mais pas inconfortable. Les roulettes fonctionnent bien. Do NOT waste your money on this chair or with this store!Within a week of use it bent on TWO axes. If the forward tilt doesn't drop you out of the chair, the dropping tilt to the right front corner will make you twist your back so bad you wont be able to walk straight when you get out of this thing.Unfortunately we purchased this chair while planning out my wife's work from home space, wanted to have it on hand first so I could plan out the sit/stand desk I was building her, so it sat in a box for almost 3 months before we assembled and started to use it. The company won't help since it's "over 90 days" (by a whole 8 days when I contacted them) even though it had been in use for less than 3 weeks. The didn't ask about the nature of the issue, for photos, or anything. They had their get-out-of-jail-free card with the 90 days and didn't give a damn beyond that.I'd rate in the negatives if I could.Stay away from this product and this store.

In a range of 1-10 most of the time while assembling this chair I felt that a 10 plus was in order. The screws had loctite on them. Are you kidding me, nobody does that, they usuall leave us to forgo an essential ingredient when tightening things up. The protective packaging was hand tight not requiring anything that would draw blood. The instructions were black and white drawings that were informative. The tool for installing had the correct length and leverage to ensure the correct torque would/could be applied. The bolt heads that are not visible have caps available to clean things up. Just an example of how well this chair has been designed and built. I did have one problem and that was one of the wheel sockets had been slightly compressed and required that I clamp the wheel axle into place. This chair is so comfortable that while I was testing it for comfort I started to nod off. I fully expect this chair to aid in producing an enjoyable experience while at my work station.

Arrived earlier than expected, easy to assemble and comfort not bad! Perfect for working at standing/counter height work surface. Also gows low if your surface is adjustable. And wheels make it easy to move about. Love that yhe arms flip up so they aren't in the way and chair can go under surface without issue (out of the way when not using - does stick put due to arms being in the way)

I'm still able to use it but it leans really bad to one side. It's almost as if it couldn't handle my husband weight, 240 lbs, and now has a permanent tilt to the front side corner. Was comfortable prior to that and would be perfect if not for that
