そんなに頻繁には使わないのですがレモンの皮やチョコレートなどお菓子作りに使う事が多いです。とても切れ味良く削れ具合がいい感じで重宝しています。

Its the classic microplane. got it on sale for $12 even though i already have one, will leave this in office for those odd occasions, if not will bring it home to use later.
