I recently purchased this camera to cover a blind spot in my back yard that my cctv camera system couldn't reach. My wife wanted to be able to keep an eye on our chickens my children are raising.Setup was fairly easy and strait forward. The only issue I had was a problem with my wireless router. One I fixed that the camera worked perfectly. The image quality is very clear and the pan and tilt makes coverage of the entire area great.The only issue I have is a problem with the power adapter but I have reached out to support and awaiting a reply. I could run a power cord from my other system, however I would rather this be a stand alone and not have to run a wire from inside my house out the the back of my garage. Other than that, no issues as of yet.

I don't do written reviews often, but I wanted to share some info, this security cam has it's own app and works great. The cam picture itself is also very clear. I left the house yesterday, the app automatically Remember this is 2.4G only so it will not find 5.0G wifi; it also comes with an ethernet port which I will be using just because it is further from my Router and I don't want to get any lag or frame skips.

I received this camera back on July 29th, over a week ago now. I've delt with security cameras in the past, having a few different systems through the years. This was not user friendly at all. The instructions were very sparse and in the obvious broken dialect of someone not fluent in English. I wanted to set this up on my laptop so that I would have a bigger screen for viewing. Hours later, I gave up on that and went ahead to my phone, smaller screen obviously but I did get it installed on my phone. After that, I was able to install it on my laptop. That was in total about four hours or so invested. The image on the laptop is very low quality, to the point where things are blurred. The video is also very "jerky", "staggered". The Pan, Tilt, Zoom does not work from the laptop. I had intended to use the auto tracking feature but when the camera moves to track an object it does not go back to the original position, so you are left with the camera pointing off to the side or down to the ground and useless. I can't get the zoom to work at all either from the laptop or phone. You have to access the controls through the phone. It seems to work "reasonably" okay when putting the PTZ commands into the phone and viewing on the laptop but that is awkward and really doesn't make sense. That being said, the lag is so extreme on the phone image that it is impossible to adjust the camera when viewing only on the phone. The delay is horrible and impossible to deal with through the phone. I've reached out to customer support a few times but no one has ever gotten back to me. In summation, I guess as far as a camera to be able to punch up and view outside, it's okay, but I've found this pretty much useless, not user friendly, devoid of any support and very poor quality.

I was a bit intimidated to buy wireless cameras because I figured they would be tough programming involved. These things were very easy to program and it was very easy to download the app. It has been a lot of fun to play around with my dog well I am at work using the intercom system. I bought two and I am going to buy at least three more. Very impressed

Bought this for my dad's house because of a burglary at his house. The Quality is so good and I only have it at best quality with the free 32GB memory card which last us a week of constant recording and it is so clean both during the day and night. The LED lights are super bright and I love the fact that I can also use the software on my phone so I can also monitor it.

I just received this camera today, set up was pretty easy, but just a little note, i have the regular ICSEE APP and the ICSEEPRO APP, the ICSEEPRO was not able to launch the PTZ and other features of the camera, but the regular ICSEE APP was, not sure why, otherwise this camera is absolutely brilliant, amazing vivid live view, and the ability to scan around the property is awesome , zoom in and out is great, i love the camera and i am ordering a 4 more, i do recommend itHowever the PROMISED A $35 COUPON AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THEY HAVENT SENT THE COUPONOR RESPOND TO EMAILS ABOUT IT, TOTALSILENCE, 8/16/2021

I don't know what some of these reviews are about but I found camera slightly difficult to set up for the average person maybe, but took me 10-15 minutes.has a great picture, even built ln white led light with the motion detector, and as for complaints about request to access some files how else can camera take and store pictures and video when motion detector is set off, I will buy again

Bought for my stepdad to monitor most of the yard and he loves it. This is our second one, the first got fried by Lightning during a hurricane. It’s super responsive, very loud when talking to someone through it and video is great!
