Bought this for my mom as a gift since she is not a coffee drinker. She loves it and the battery powered mixer works well, but is not so powerful so as to spill everywhere. Easy to use and store and clean.

The electric whisk does not work and this item is not eligible for return or replacement. Now I have another broken whisk. I am very unhappy.

So happy with my purchase! The matcha is so delicious and the tools are easy to use. Although the sift I feel is a little too small bc most of the matcha won’t go thru it but the electric whisk is so great to have and works great. Every thing is super easy to clean and cute!

I'm a tea drinker, but I'm no matcha aficianado. For the most part, I usually stick to my black teas and breakfast blends. After scoring a deal at the local grocer on some quality matcha powder, I decided to do it right, and this looked like a good introductory way to brew and froth a quality matcha green and plant milk, respectively, without being too "extra" or taking too much time. I was blown away the first time using this; just following the brewing instructions it came with produced an outstanding matcha oat latte in just a couple minutes, and this thing cleans up and stows away almost invisibly thanks to the neat little stand and wireless operation. If you have a decent kettle with a thermometer, there's no reason to not have one of these if you're interested in matcha, especially if you've seen the price of these drinks out and about at establishments. . . .

I had gifted my long-term girlfriend the matcha set that includes the electric mixer. Upon opening it, she was ecstatic and excited to use it. She put a new set of batteries in the mixer. When she turned it on the mixer seemed a little weaker than expected, she started to mix the matcha and she mentioned that the handle was getting hot. I disregarded the comment and told her that maybe it was because it was doing its magic. But then it stopped working. She grabbed another new set of batteries and doubled checked that she had put them in correctly. she confirmed that it was put correctly and guess what... It did not work. So I decided to email the support team that was provided with the set in a paper that said if we have any issues to email that email provided. Here is the thing. They haven't responded and it's been way over a week, it has been 10 days. I tried to go through amazon but that was no help. The matcha set itself is great but very poor mixer. Very disappointed because my girlfriend was so excited to have her own set.

I’ve found so much joy in this product. I’m officially a matcha girl! It’s small, easy to use and I like that it comes from Japan where matcha originates. It’s such a stylish set. Easy to store and of great quality. It’s also been really easy to clean! 🧽

This product lasted a year and a half, then it just stopped working. Can’t figure out what went wrong. It was great while it lasted. 3 starts because it didn’t last.
