Sehr gute Qualität. Die Karten sind groß und aus ewig haltbarem Plastik - die werden wohl ein Leben lang halten, selbst wenn sie mit verschwitzten Fingern zu tun bekommen. Anweisungen genau und mit Sachveratand gemacht.

Trés pratique, pour mes mouvements qu'on ne connait pas encore, j'ai essayé aprés 3 mois de kettlebell , quelques mouvements c'est top, rien à dire carte de trés bonne qualité, avec un trés jolie boitier
