Quality.
Best quality for price. Has some weight to it. Bought a harbor freight at the same price point and it was junk compared to this one. This product has value which seems to be getting more and more difficult to find when it comes to tools.

Works great in tight spaces, pressure gauge way off.
I love the flexibility of this air up tool. It seems to work really well on my motorcycle, trying to get into tight spaces. My only complaints are the pressure gauge. It is extremely off, by the order of 10-20psi. At least it's off consistently, so I can guestimate where I am, and use another hand held pressure gauge to do a fine adjustment. Another weird thing is if you press the handle before you have it on the valve stem, the pressure gauge maxes out and you can't reset it until you take off the tool and press the handle again. I don't know if I'm just using it wrong, but the ones at the shop and gas stations don't do this. Either way, if you are just looking for a way to have a flexible hose on your air up tool, this thing works fine.

BUY A DIFFERENT ONE! THIS ONE ISNT SUITED FOR USE ON ANYTHING!!!
This thing is a complete POS. Off by 10psi at BEST, inconsistent, and the end is installed crooked making it impossible to use, read and sholt air without holding it twisted. Not even good enough to use on a bicycle tires for at home. DEFINITELY no good if you want to use it every day in a car shop. Spend more on a better constructed unit.

Update, 100 days
Worked well, at first. As I used it on different vehicles I noticed that for no apparent reason it would work sometimes and not others. I have a small auto shop, so I'm pretty well versed at filling tires!
