I use melatonin because I do not like to take prescription drugs for sleeping. I was using the tables but they started upsetting my stomach. These work well for. I take one and within an hour am usually asleep. I have found I need the higher 10 mg dose for melatonin to work for me. The lower doses don't seem to be effective for many patients.
