Now I can use this space to put stuff in! Super nice for the passenger to use for their phone or lip gloss or whatever. I personally did not use the provided tape because I don't like that kind of stuff on my vehicle so they pop up a little here and there, but they don't fall out. They are a tight enough fit that they stay in the slot. Highly recommend. Especially for those of us that are used to having this as an enclosed compartment from past vehicles! I kept forgetting and trying to put my stuff in there and it would fall through! And that's why I initially looked for these.
