Fantastic flavor
I don’t know how they do it, but all of these vegetarian Better Than Bouillon products taste incredible. I make soups every week and they are perfect. After becoming plant based, I find that these bouillons and a dollop of miso paste give my soups and sauces the umami they need. Cream sauces get coconut or cashew cream added, too. Absolutely essential in my cooking now.

This stuff honestly is AMAZING if you're vegan or vegetarian but still want beef flavor. Pro tip: it makes THE BEST French Onion Soup base! SO SO SO GOOD! (The No Chicken is also an amazing favorite!)

This is my go to bullion.
Better than bullion in general is more difficult to use. It's a paste versus a powder. The no beef beef flavor is my favorite.
