I love this little sharpener. It has a fantastic gripper on the bottom that doesn't budge unless i release off my granite counter-top. The cold sharpener is great for my scissors and all my old knives are new again. Worth the money and takes up no space at all. I would buy this again.

all of my knives were atrociously dull before I ordered this small sharpener. It has done wonders with my culinary skills. what a difference it makes with a sharp knife! I have had it for over 2 years and it's still going strong.

Tried it on two kitchen and one pocket knife. It took more then three swipes but the carbide did sharpen all three with varying effort depending on the hardness of the steel. The harder the steel the more swipes...Note: This is not the tool for knife sharpening altruist. It uses carbide and is a little rough on the steel; however, I need a tool that sharpens blades quickly, albeit not under a microscope, so this is the tool for me.

This little gadget packs a big punch. I LOVE it. This is the best sharpener I have ever used. It greatly exceeds my wet stone and diamond sharpeners. Great product!!
