The point is not too thin and not bold, but a perfect marker to use for most things you need to write on. The value is fantastic for this marker!

These don't last as long as the name brand, but the price is a mere fraction. So, in the long run, a much better deal. If you use thin tip markers a lot, these are a no-brainer!!!

The ink is blacker than Sharpie.

Took a chance on these and glad I did. They are better than Sharpies and for a fraction of the price, and you get 30 of them. In my experience, the brand name Sharpies I would use them a dozen times or so and they would dry out too quickly, especially if they hadn't been used for a while, which is frustrating when you need a permanent marker and it doesn't work properly or at all and neither does the other Sharpie that came in the 2-pack because that's all you can afford since they're expensive. And god forbid if you leave the cap off a Sharpie, even for a few minutes. I was prepared for these off brands to dry out even quicker, but the ink remains deep black and PERMANENT and I've had them for a couple months now and they're all over the house - kitchen drawer, office, workshop, etc - and used almost daily and not one has dried out and none even appear to be drying out like the Sharpies that have their caps on...and I live in a dry climate. Thought I was going to need the other 20+ markers but instead I gave away a couple hand fulls with more to spare. Great value.
