Got these as water balance and they contain magnesium. I like this product but wish tablets were smaller. Take 2 a day but have to snap tablets in half and not the easiest to swallow

Ok ok hear me out, I know there are obviously fabulous benefits from taking electrolytes. I’ve found these useful during water fasts and general supplementation if I’m feeling a little bleurgh. But these are SO good when you wake up after a heavy sesh, paralyzed with the fear and a lingering taste of last night’s kebab. Pop two of these in the morning and I’m as right as rain after a wee while. They’re quite big; which is my only slight critic, so if you find it hard to swallow big pills you may want to cut them in half. So good though and worth the price

Easy to swallow, no weird tastes and a great supplement for when fasting.

Definitely have more energy and helping me through my Mounjaro journey, however the tablets are absolutely massive, have to snap them in half and take a half at a time!
