Nice product but cheaper alternatives

Tasty, better than grenade since they changed their recipe

This is now my go-to bar for cycling, just the extra energy needed mid ride for the ride home. I'm very partial to chocolate and caramel, so the flavour is ideal for me. The bar itself is softish in consistency with biscuit pieces which crunch easily without breaking your teeth, an enjoyable eating experience. It's reasonable value at £1.70 a bar, and cheaper than on the High Street.

Flavor isn't that good to eat

This is my regular flavour - I buy regularly when the price drops, which it does.Nicer I find, than the peanut flavour.Nice texture, not sickly sweet

Too sweet for my taste but good protein/calorie ratio. Polyols content is around daily suggested limit for one bar, so I would not eat two in a day.

nice texture, the crispy chips in it seem a little like rice crispies, although I believe they are soya.Nice taste too, chocolatey and they manage to avoid the common protein bar over-sweetness problems. I will buy again.
