I like this brand, as you can see the size of the caplets are small which makes them easy to swallow. This bottle of zink & selenium with copper is of high quality and I say that with authority I ve Been taking these for a while with vitamin D3 and magnesium and already my hormones are balanced so much that I'm no longer depressed, I can smell even better than before I started taking them and I didn't have any problems with my smell or taste. The best brand for zinc. Usually zinc come in tablet form and it tastes like chalk. This has no taste since is a capsule. Plus is comes with the selenium.

So far so good, Its tolerate well and the price is reasonable.

I am doing well so far, though I occasionally experience some nausea. I might need to take it while eating food. We will give it a try. I feel that it has been beneficial for me after one week of taking one pill daily. It is easy to swallow.

I haven't had any bad side effects, but after buying these I read that the upper limit for zinc is 40 mg per day. These are 50 mg. That along with the zinc in my electrolyte drink and food, I might be getting too much?
