Do you need a special tool to install these rivets?

It's a set that has a hole punch, an anvil that has a concave indent to put under one cap and a setting tool that has a concave end to put over the other cap. Rivets are male and female. Female socket is 1/8" diameter, male shank is approximately 3/32". Female socket protrudes 1/16" from rivet body, male shank is 1/4" long.
