Nonstick Bakeware Baking Pan With Lid / Nonstick Cake Pan With Lid, Rectangle - 9 Inch x 13 Inch, Gray

I bought this to use as a brownie pan and to transport other baked goods, i..e. cookies, croissants, etc., for family gatherings. It was a perfect pan for the job and the lid made it so that everything was secure and wouldn’t fall out. The only trick was getting the lid off. I say “was” because I had a mishap in the kitchen after a baking project where I’d forgotten to turn off the oven and I placed it in the hot oven to store it (not realizing the oven was still on), and after an hour the plastic from the lid had melted and I had to throw the pan away. But I definitely will order another one!

I can not tell you how many pans I looked at and how many reviews I read before deciding to get this one. The only thing that kept me from getting this right away was all the comments about how difficult it was to remove the cover. I figured if I couldn't get it to come off, my husband could. The trick is NOT to try to open it from the corners. (which is what I tried to do & I imagine most people would) You have to open it from the middle of the longer side and the cover comes off immediately! Now for the pan itself, I was looking for something a little deeper than your typical casserole dish and this one is. Its the perfect size for making a thick 3 layer lasagna. It seems to cook evenly, there were no cold spots and it was nice and bubbly when I took it out of the oven. I did not use any cooking spray on the bottom, just a little sauce before layering my lasagna noodles and it did not stick to the bottom of the pan. Each slice came out easily and stayed put together. I used a silicone knife so I wouldn't scratch the bottom and it worked out well. I wouldn't use a metal knife, even though its scratch resistant, they're probably inevitable but I'd like to stave that off for as long as possible. Overall, its a great quality pan for a variety of baked goods from a lasagna, to roasting chicken and making brownies. The cover is a giant bonus and the whole set travels well alone or inside a tote. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to come back and get another. It also comes packaged nicely and would make a great gift!

This is my third purchase of this pan, and I'm now buying a fourth one! All are still in use and in great condition! The no-stick surface releases easily, and definitely does not readily burn or scorch. It bakes cakes evenly. And it's perfect for casseroles. I find it to be a perfect baking pan in my kitchen, and I highly recommend it

This is a very nice nonstick baking pan. I gave it four stars because the lid which is very nice also but it’s very hard to get it off the pan when it’s on it.

Transporting cakes or lasagna to parties can be messy, especially if you rely on foil or plastic wrap to protect the contents. I bought this 9 x12 nonstick baking pan for an upcoming family party. I have a dark-haired Labrador that sheds. Her hair could very likely float into the frosting of a birthday cake. Thus this baking pan. Several family members were impressed by the nonstick surface. I used a silicon cake server to prevent scratching the surface. The tight-fitting lid remained secure during the travel. The same can be said for lasagna. The surface was very easy to clean. The heat was evenly distributed. I honestly don't know why I waited so long to get my own. waited so long to buy one. It's perfect.

This pan is amazing! I swear everything I bake tastes better than it ever has before! Very non stick! And the lid fits tight. I love that but it is a little hard to open for me because of my carpal tunnel but I think it's worth it for being air tight!

This was a great addition to my bakeware with the higher lid for iced cakes etc. The lid is very secure, but could be easily cracked trying to release it. Anything baked in this pan is very moist and the timing of the recipes is perfect. I do not enjoy guesswork with oven times. It is easy to store as the pan sits in the upside down lid taking less space. I also feel things stay much fresher in this pan with the lid than others I have tried. I waited a bit for it to arrive but the wait was well worth it.

It fit the bill to a "t". I especially like the fact that the cover makes it easily transportable to different functions.
