SwaddleMe 2 Piece Pod, Little Sport, Newborn

While these seem to be a decent product, they are not the SwaddleMe Newborn Pods as advertised. The name brand product, which I already had two Newborn Pods, says SwaddleMe on the inside and on the outside tag. The inside tag of the product I received says the brand name is Summer and the tag on the outside says SwaddlePod. The fit is also different. The original SwaddleMe Newborn Pods are a much nicer and tighter fit on my newborn. The Summer brand is a bit larger and does not fit as well in the neck area. I am hoping they fit in a month or two. I will not be buying again nor will I recommend since they are falsely advertised.In the photos, the original pod is the one with the stripes and the one I purchased from here is the solid.

My babies slept so good in these! I was always so scared with swaddling them in blankets. I worried constantly that they'd pop out of the blanket and it would smother them and was always up checking during the night. These pea pods keep them nice and cozy and hold their arms and legs in place so they don't fly out and startle them, which we all know results in a crying, wide awake baby. These actually helped them to sleep for longer periods of time, usually 3-4 hours in the first month!! I love that they have 2 zippers that zip both up and down, so when you have to change their diapers you only have to unzip the bottom and pull their legs out. We have now outgrown these and moved into the next stage which is swaddle sacks. This momma of twins wouldn't be able to sleep at night if it weren't for this line of products!!

I got this a recommendation from one of my friends who swore by them. I quickly purchased and I'm satisfied with these. They are nice to the touch and keeps my little boy bundled up. I will say that I have to wrap him up in a thin blanket before I use the pod because if I don't, he will work his hands outside the neck of this thing.Pros:Nice fabricdurablenot super tightbut not super looseyou can zip either from top to bottom or bottom to top (very nice feature) If I need to change his diaper I don't have to take the whole thing offCons:Wish it could be a little tighter around the neck so my son can't stick his hands out (This is very minor though)

My baby was born 8lbs 7 oz and 21 inches long and lean. This fit juuuust perfectly but seemed a little tight for our comfort. The zipper rode up really high on the baby's neck and we were worried it may choke him.. (maybe we're just paranoid...) This would be good for a smaller baby, maybe less that 8 lbs.

These are perfect. I intend to put my newborn in these for sure. The material is soft but firm enough to hold baby securely. I like the shape of the pod and the length which has some room for baby to grow into. Now that I have seen the actual product and felt the material etc I will surely buy a couple more in some different colours and prints.

Perfect! Our son was born 6lb 1oz and only dropped a little now he is 9 lbs we use one of these every night. I wrap him in a regular swaddle and zip him up in this, it makes diaper changes simple and keeps us from worrying about him getting loose blanket around his face. I don't know how it would work by itself since it would be loose so plan on pairing it with something else.

I was told these worked beautifully. I sent them as a gift. The mom finally got a good nights sleep! They were a little smaller than I thought they would be, so I suggest this size for maybe premies or babies weighing less than 8 pounds if you want to use them longer. Any child over 8 pounds I would suggest the next size or two up.

These pods work like a charm. I thought I was the king of swaddling, but my son seemed to get out of every single type of swaddle I put him in (Hospital swaddle, Triangle swaddle, Square swaddle). Just zip this one up and you're good to go.
