I had a small snag with the original supplied … I have to say customer service was above and beyond what one would have expected for an inexpensive item, absolutely exceptional…The product is well designed , comfortable to use and gives an accurate reading ( comparing with the read out on my Galaxy watch).It is easy to use and has a clear read out …. I’m very happy with this product and the service I received .

The media could not be loaded. Wouldn’t recommend. It turns on but no numbers come up. They were new battery’s that I put in and I tried for half an hour turning it off and on and then leaving it on to see if it just needed to run for a bit longer but nothing. I’ve reached out to the sellers to see if it’s me that’s doing something wrong but I’ve YouTube’d and googled and I definitely haven’t. Don’t waste your money or time having to return it.Edit: seller refunded me, good customer service.

Easy to use, gives O2 and heart rate quickly and easily. Nice little gadget.

Great when working but now after one year the machine will not work I have put in new batteries but the finger light goes off and machine switches off
