Our German Shepherd is terrified of thunder, fireworks and other loud noises. “Calm” is a miracle. It’s as if he can’t even hear the noises. He is relaxed, happy and yes, calm. It takes about 15 mins to take effect and lasts for a few hours (usually the noises stop before it wears off). Best part? No drugs!

I love that it's a chewable tablet, Quincy doesn't like a lot of the chewables (and loves the other stuff) but he still eats this. He has cdd, and I've found that the more L-Theanine a product has the more it knocks him down, which is necessary with him, but with all the other drugs he takes, the 10 mg is enough and the rest of the ingredients just help calm him down. Of course, it worked better when he wasn't brought so low by his dementia, I used it a lot more and it helped calm down an overly energetic dog.

This has been a great calming aide for my dog Grace. Grace is 100% deaf and has a lot of issues. We got her as a rescue and she was about 2 year old then. She had been abandoned at the train station in our little town. Animal control could not catch her. A neighbor saw the situation with her and spent two days in her car at the train depot slowly coaxing her until she could grab her up. I was then called to see if I would take her and to work with her. We have had her five years now. She loves her small pack, but is extremely fearful of outsiders. She is high strung and has anxiety issues as well. Vital Planet has worked well with her. If you are looking to sedate your dog, this is not a product for you. If you want something that will help aide you to calm your dog over time, this is a great American made product that is reliable and works.

My dog is a rescue and has some trauma issues. When he gets worked up I give him a tablet and he eats it up and a little while later he's more relaxed or even napping! Very happy with this product!

We had been purchasing the calm dog treats shaped like a bone from this company but then they became unavailable. Found these through Amazon, same company, but they look more like a chewable tablet. I wasn’t sure our dog would take to them, but he loves them. It is the first treat he wants at his snack time.

I purchased this hoping that the GABA portion of the supplement would help alleviate my dog’s constant anxiety. Nearly an entire bottle later, and I cannot see any results. It hasn’t even helped take the edge off enough to allow me to work with him via behavior modification.

I adopted a 2 year old Australian Shepherd & he has lots of energy. Around 9pm I give him this product & he relaxes & calms down nicely. This is not a sedative or something that affects him in a negative way. This is all natural & just settles him down. This is sold in treat form & also in large tablets. I started with the treats but when my store was out of stock I bought the tablets. They must taste good since my dog took them with no problem & they are a better deal for the money.
