In Canada. Got charged customs fees when shipped from US via Fedex.
Fedex also shipped to the wrong address, though somehow the shipping address got changed between Amazon and the Seller it seems. The product itself seems of good quality and works well. Water tastes great and the coffee maker is very happy with the pure water. Not looking forward to most likely getting shafted with custom fees for replacement filters. The quality of the faucet seems quite good. No issues at all with this product, just the extrta fees from customs and the foulup with the address.

Well designed . Upgraded some. Some cheapness
Overall happy. I like that it only puts 1.5 gallons of water down the drain for each gallon of RO water. Best I could find. The unit I purchased had most of connections already made versus the on line video. However as my sink cabinet is extra large I had to purchase extra pex line. The faucet body was well built but the top was plastic. It has a quick change feature to change the top part when it breaks. In any event I purchased a non OEM fully SS faucet and worked fine as did not want to deal with the top part of faucet. Also this did not come with a quick change water line connector for the faucet or a splitter for my ice maker. It does come with everything to make it work however. Really a easy install especially since all connections are made for you on unit. It did arrive in a crushed box so shipping could have been better.

Caveat Emptor: Cannot modify this unit like typical R/O systems (photo sent by Aquasure).
In making this device simpler for the DIY installer some components have been integrated into the housing. This means if you decide to add a permeate pump (nobody should have an R/O unit without one unless you just want to waste huge amounts of water) you cannot follow standard directions for the pump. Aquasure will tell you to just insert the pump on the tank line. This is after the shut-off valve and T-fitting. Permeate pumps are supposed to go BEFORE the shut-off valve and the T-fitting. Also, if you have low water pressure, it's better to just eliminate the shut-off valve which will greatly improve the pressure at the faucet. On this unit, unlike most others, the shut-off valve is inaccessible so you can't bypass or remove it. All this is fine if you don't intend any modifications, but if you do, you should know that this might not be the right unit for you. Also it is difficult to get Aquasure support to tell you any of this. They recommend a permeate pump in the manual but don't tell you how to connect it and when you ask them to help, they send you photos where you can't see how anything is connected or diagrams for standard systems that don't correspond to their actual product! Take a look at the image I received. It's got a different brand name on it, some kind of additional filter above the unit, some extra inline and t-fittings on a couple of tubes, and you can't see the tank fitting or where any of the tubes are connected and they're like, "just do it like this." Eventually they'll tell you to put it on the tank line. I'll update later as to whether this actually works well.Update: So... connecting the permeate pump according to Aquasure's directions filled the storage tank overnight but no water would flow from the faucet. I looked up how the permeate pump works, and water flows through it in one way only, so putting it on the tank line will only allow water to flow into the tank but not out. The only way this would work is to put the pump BEFORE the t-fitting that splits the output between the tank and the faucet so the pump can't block water going from leaving the tank. Considering their instructions recommend a permeate pump even though there's no way to install it and that their customer service doesn't understand this is more than disappointing [EDIT: This statement was wrong. There is a way to do it, they just don't feel like telling you how unless you beg.] . Deducting another star.Last Update: I responded to Aquasure's emails twice to tell them that their instructions didn't work and the response I got the next day was "We have not heard back from you regarding your open ticket with us and assume everything is resolved..." I responded to that appropriately and someone else got back to me with another vague response now saying that I needed to a "tee" and a check valve. I asked again for specifics on what connects to where and was told that they don't give specific instructions because there are so many varieties of permeate pumps and if I'm adding other parts I should know how to connect them myself. Look it up for yourself. Every permeate pump you'll find has 4 ports. 2 ins and 2 outs and work the same way. Plus, until now, they never mentioned needing valves and fittings. Keep in mind, this is technical support telling me they can't tell me how to connect a part the company recommends in their own product manual. That said, they finally got a little more specific so I could figure out how to make this work. It really shouldn't be like pulling teeth to get help for a product you paid good money for. To help anyone else who wants to optimize the performance of their Aquasure (faster tank refills with better filtration) and use much less waste water (at least 50%), I have added a diagram I put together. This should have just been in the manual. All the additional parts are available on Amazon for around $70:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005VPPRX4https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077NJX496

An upgrade to what is already great! (SEE VIDEO POST)
It’s been almost 5 years since I bought my last RO system from APEC and it has performed admirably during its 5-year run. I was really satisfied with the taste of the water and the way the system is built, but the effort of replacing the filter still leaves a lot of rooms for improvement.I started researching on another RO system and one of Aquasure’s ad popped up on my Facebook feed. A twist styled RO system that suppose to provide great water filtration with easy install and maintenance. Their website also goes into great details on why the system is an upgrade to the standard reverse osmosis systems that are on the market today. The whole package was very well thought out and everything seems to have its purpose in this well-constructed system. I decided to pull the trigger once again and bid farewell with my old faithful system. The system arrived nicely packaged and organized with 3 inner boxes that separate the system, the tank, and the accessories. unlike the standard RO, these filters are built into the housing and are already pre-installed along with their leak-proof safety mechanism. All I really need to worry about is to connect the supply tubings to the existing connection. The whole process took me no more than 10 minutes since the connections are all 1/4" which is the same as my previous RO, the only thing that I decided to change is the tank and the feed water adapter as I feel that the new feed water adapter that comes with the Aquasure System is much better. One other thing I notice is the fittings have built-in o-rings so I don't need to fiddle with Teflon tapes and trying to guess how much of it I need to apply. The system still supplied a row of Teflon tape which was odd to me, but I guess some people will find a use of it depending on their setups. Although my install was very easy due to existing connections already made on the previous RO, I still can see how the new system's design is more superior than the old one even for those that did not have an old setup. After flushing the first tank of water which takes about an hour to fill up. I conducted a simple TDS test that results in about 94% of TDS rejection, which is comparable to the previous system. The water tastes just the same as well with a tiny bit of sweetness to the water.Overall, I really like how the Aquasure System is packaged and how easy it is to change the filters. I really like my old RO system as well, but don't really missed the effort it takes replacing the filters and making sure that everything is tightened properly. The new RO system will be a welcome relief when its time for replacing its filters in the future. For those of you that are looking to buy and install your own RO system, this one is definitely worth to consider.

Easy to install and producing lots of water
I bought this to replace a smaller unit that no longer was producing water fast enough. In spite of the fact that it has a larger tank, it acutally has a nice small footprint when you mount the unit on the cabinet wall. The water tastes good and tests show it is removing lots of ions. My only real question is that the water comes out with lots of tiny bubbles, so it looks cloudy at first. But the bubbles clear quickly, so it is not an issue.
