Great multipurpose reusable bags! Bought them to take to the farmers market, to keep produce safe inside a larger shopping bag. Pack of 12 X-Small was very affordable. They are sturdy, sewn well, and they have washed well so far. The packaging does state there will be a 10% shrinkage after washing (which I did not see on the listing), so I will update my review of any noticeable shrinking.Could also be used at the grocery store to cut down on plastic (note: they don’t have tare weights on the bag), to store items in the pantry/refrigerator, craft projects, etc. Love these and will be ordering more sizes as needed!The only flaw... they do come in a plastic bag so not an entirely eco-friendly brand, if that's something that's important to you.

I really wanted to like these bags. It did mention hand washing in cold and air drying, which I did. It didn't mention the shrinkage until the package arrived. I really wish I saved that package. It said shrinkage was 10%. The big baggie underneath is an 8×10, which is what I ordered original size. The little baggie on top is 5 x 6. I used tide free detergent and cold water. As you can see by the wrinkles it is still wet and this was the ending result. If you plan on ever washing the bags please keep in mind it's more like 45% shrinkage.

I purchased a 12 pack of the TOP Design lightweight cotton reusable grocery produce bags , size small, 8" x 10" (X002J30GXJ). The cotton is a tight weave and there are no sewing errors. I was concerned about how the size might change after washing so I first washed several in hot soapy water. I plan to use several to strain cooked foods for broth so wanted to be sure the bags were clean and remove any fabric sizing chemicals from the cotton bags. I measured one unwashed bag and checked that all bags were close to the same size: ~20 cm x 25 cm (7.87 in x 9.84 in). Then I measured the washed bags after they were dry: ~17 cm x 23 cm (6.69 in x 9.06 in). The bags are durable, work well for many uses, and I plan to order more in other sizes. The double pull ties are a generous length and also are soft and durable and close and open easily.

Not sure what the difference is between sturdiness and durability but they both get 5 stars. I use each bag to hold my expensive fishing reels, and as a ditty bag when I go into the hospital, or need my essentials and don't need the big bag I usually carry. I could have been as happy with the next size down.

I purchased these to use for storing my cooking gear when backpacking/camping. When you cook over a fire, the pots get covered with black soot, so I store them in these bags so the soot doesn't transfer onto other stuff. Since they're natural fiber and won't melt, I can also safely use them to handle hot gear. One last thing to keep in mind is that they will shrink considerably after being washed for the first time.

The product, TOPDesign's 12-Pack Lightweight Cotton Reusable Grocery Produce Bags, arrived on time, and were uniformly clean and neatly packed. As I will use them to hold items made for human consumption, having a clean smell and appearance are paramount. I would certainly purchase items from this supplier again; but since I haven't had a chance to use them fully as I intend, for now, I give them 4 stars.

I like these for fresh produce. Just throw in the washer when you’re done. They wrinkle A LOT in the wash, but that’s not an issue for how I’m using them.

They’re a little thin and I wish they were whiter, but overall they were a good price and worked for the birthday countdown I wanted to make for my kids.
