I am changing my review from 1 to 4. Its actually is good and well made device. Quick fix for upper lip is always a musthave.

I couldnt tell if it was working because it was so gentle and efficient at the same time! I was surprised at how smooth my skin felt after I used it. It’s not only super quiet, but super pretty. The white has a pearly sheen to it and looks like an expensive perfume or lip gloss container. I’ve done the hair remover gig for my upper lip and ripped that tape across my face. I’ve tried the depilatory cremes but they burned as much or more than the tape. I’ve stayed away from actual shaving, but the older I get, I figure, it has to be easy or I won’t do it. This is so efficient, small, easy to tuck in here or there, or even stand on your nightstand all regal and cute like. I think it’s pretty perfect.

I was struggling with my upper lip because I definitely didn't want to shave it, but I didn't feel like going through the pain of threading or plucking it again. This worked IMMEDIATELY and gave me great results within 30 seconds. I bought the old version of this product for $20 as well, and this new version improved it in every way possible. It's more compact, much more efficient, this comes with a brush to clean + easy to read instructions, and I like the color better :) I'm so happy with the results, I knew I had to immediately write a review for it. Before, there were a lot of small hairs that were very visible from the side and noticeable in direct light, but they are ALL GONE NOW! If you're on the fence, totally buy it. I have heard that it stops working after some time, but I think I'll just repurchase.

I bought this thinking it was a mini epilator, but it is not. It does trim the hair pretty low (if you press down while trimming) and it is painless like the description claims. After I am done, my skin is nice and smooth. But alas, in a matter of 24-36 hours my little chin hairs are already poking out again. I have literally used this every single day since I bought it, that's how quickly my facial hairs are growing back. At least I have a quick fix that is much more efficient than tweezing until I can find an epilator within my budget.

I love this product. It is soft, gentle, and most importantly works very well. It works so lightly I don't feel it and my skin is really smooth after using it. It is very easy to clean. Comes with its own cleaning brush.
