Is there a way to attach to an inside door securely yet be removable with no damage to doir?

There is a picture hook on the back which sticks out about 1/8 inch. You would need to put something on the door to hang it on. I tried using the putty you use on posters on the windows, which worked on things that were flat on the back. The windows just fell off. You might be able to use some kind of 3M removable Velcro. I have the windows and doors propped against thing outside.

I want to attach to a concrete wall. Can not use screws. Do you have a suggestion?

I used liquid nail to attach mine . There are tapes you can buy also.
