Good bit of kit!
Good bit of kit to keep your car battery topped up for those times when you're away. It can be held against the inside of the windscreen with the 4 suction pads.

Kept car battery charged for 9 months
I had a diesel car that was not being used and was parked on the driveway. I connected the battery to this solar panel. The car started right up after 6 and 9 months. Does a good job of keeping the battery charged up. Would buy again. Very useful if a car is going to be unused. Put the panel on the roof.

Good product but LED light stopped working
I was using this product to trickle charge a battery for an electric fence. It was easy to set up and was working well but after a couple of months the LED light indicator has now stopped working and is constantly red even when connected to a battery.Edited to add: customer service was excellent and sent me out another product straight away.

Very Useful
Just bought this for landrover Defender which doesn't get used all the time and needs a fully charged battery to turn over the V8. Found it very easy to set up and uses the 12v power point to inversely trickle charge the battery . I will probably Hard wire it to the battery in the future for neatness using the second cable and remove the crocodile clips. Only downside (and its very minor) is the charging light is a bit hard to see and would be better on the reverse of solar panel. I havnt had it long enough to see how well it does in different weather conditions or through winter but so far very pleased with it.

Didn't work
I often go away for several weeks at a time and come back to a low battery. Thought this device might help keep the battery powered during my absences. The first time I used this device and left the car was for a few weeks. The battery should have been just low, but it was completely dead. The device seemed to do the opposite of what it was supposed to do. Had to call out someone to give me a jump start. Have bought an automatic jump starter instead.
