Q: How do change the quad leg to the single

Q: how do i return this item ? the light is not working if fact it never did work right Bought it 7/2020 thank you

I had problems with my light also. First I tried a metal washer between that batteries and thread on cap, but I couldn't get the cap on. So I put the washer between the batteries and that solved the problem, but occasionally if I drop it, the flashlight will come on by itself. Think I used a #10 washer. Some tinfoil may work too.

Q: what is the weight limit?

I believe 300 lbs. I wouldn’t order this cane again. It falls over repeatedly even after I bought and changed the quad foot. Due to repeated falls the light stopped working soon after I got the cane.

Q: Need parts for pivoting quad base? My husband lost one of the bottom rubber parts.

If you type in replacement parts for big Alex cane, it gives you the parts. I think the quad foot replacements are around $7-$8.
