Initially, the first time I wore this I found it uncomfortable and irritating however I persevered and put it back on next day making sure the pressure of pad was correctly placed. This support definitely helped reduce the pain and I ended up wearing it all day as I walked dogs, pushed pram, lifted heavy bags. I will continue to wear it daily until symptoms subside.

Not scratchy as some reviews have said. Used this for my tennis elbow. Didn't completely take away pain but helped support joint.

This brace is terrific for my elbow tendinitis. It is pretty light, fits securely, gives me the support and stability I need and makes me feel a whole lot better.

I have tennis elbow on my right arm and it is very painful. Picking up certain objects such as a pitcher full of water or lifting weights at the gym is very painful. Most of my pain is actually in the morning after the arm is rested without any sleeve. As the day goes on it gets better but lifting weights is still a problem. Dumbbells curls are somewhat compromised because of the pain. The inside of the sleeve really scratches my skin also not as supportive as I thought it would be. It works better when used in combination with arm warmers sleeve which is actually more compressive, so slipping this on top offer extra support. I was able to workout some with this sleeve (used in conjunction with the arm warmer). Stand alone is uncomfortable on skin.Definetly the sleeve as I bought it stand alone does not seem to be very effective. However as I wrote above I use it with another sleeve (double). Kinda like u have 2 compression sleeves.

Tried this product didn't know if it would help. After a few months using it, I can say this elbow support made a big difference. I only wear it at work and I can feel the difference when am not wearing it. The only thing I wish it was a little longer so it go go up the arm more. But overall great buy.
